Our Story
NS Express LLC was founded in May 2013 and is proudly based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Our roots in the transportation industry date back to 2005, when we began our careers in trucking.
In 2010, we purchased our first two trucks and began building the foundation for what would become NS Express LLC. Recognizing an opportunity to grow and provide reliable transportation services, we officially established NS Express LLC in May 2013.
NS Express LLC is a family-owned and operated transportation company. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to our customers, we have steadily expanded our operations and built a strong reputation in the trucking industry.
Our Fleet & Equipment
NS Express LLC operates a fleet of more than 35 tractors and trailers, including equipment configured for team-driver operations and long-haul transportation.
Our fleet consists of modern tractors and air-ride trailers equipped with plate walls and swing doors, allowing us to accommodate a wide variety of freight and customer requirements.
All equipment is regularly inspected, serviced, and maintained in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations. Preventive maintenance is central to our commitment to safety, reliability, and consistent on-time performance.
Our Drivers
Our drivers are carefully screened and complete all required drug and alcohol testing before employment. We strive to employ experienced, professional drivers who are courteous, dependable, safety-conscious, and respectful toward our customers and the transportation community.
We take pride in strong driver retention and low driver turnover, which help us provide consistent and dependable transportation services. Our drivers are committed to the highest standards of safety and service.
Customer Service & Operations
Customer service is one of our highest priorities. Our customer service and dispatch personnel are available 24 hours a day, coordinating loads, communicating with drivers, and monitoring shipments throughout their journey.
Close communication between our Operations Department, customers, and drivers is one of the key factors behind our consistent on-time performance and responsive service.
